October 12, 2006 (Press Release) -- If President Bush signs the new proposed bill into US law then American credit card companies and banks will deny transfer of funds to American based online Casinos and PokerRooms.

The US gaming industry are still waiting to see the full impact on the industry, although to date four online PokerRooms have stopped trading in the US and inevitably others will follow.

In the European gaming market there are no changes being made to current gaming laws.
UK and European players can still enjoy full freedom off online gaming; sources suggest it will stay that way for then next few years.
