SKY BANK CONTINUES UFB LEGACY AS
OFFICIAL BANK OF THE INDIANAPOLIS COLTS
INDIANAPOLIS – Continuing UFB’s legacy of proudly supporting the Colts, Sky Bank will become the official bank of the Indianapolis Colts following its merger with Union Federal Bank scheduled for November 4, 2006.
According to Union Federal Bank President Kit Stolen, the sponsorship itself has been modified.
“We decided to restructure the various components of our Colts sponsorship,” said Union Federal Bank President Kit Stolen. “While we will not be naming the Colts complex, we will continue with our leading Colts sponsorship as the ‘Official Bank of the Indianapolis Colts’ and offer exclusive Indianapolis Colts checking accounts to our fellow Colts fans.”
“We are pleased that Sky Bank will be our official bank, continuing the long, mutually beneficial relationship we have enjoyed with Union Federal Bank,” said Tom Zupancic, senior vice president of sales and marketing for the Colts.
The ongoing relationship with Sky is being memorialized with the introduction of a new logo displayed above. The new logo captures the Sky mark inside the Colts’ highly identifiable horseshoe, signifying Sky within the Colts family of sponsors.
