Maxplus is manufacturer of closed die forging and upset forging for carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel through hot forging and drop forging from India. We also manufacturer aluminum forging. We offer close die steel forging, hot forging, drop forging as per buyer specification and to-print. We supply forging in ‘as forged’, ‘semi machined’ or finished condition i.e. precision forging for selected components.
Moreover a well equipped forge shop, die shop, metal testing laboratory, cutting & shear shop, an efficient heat treatment facility with machine shop, ensures fast delivery of your part and also making us a one-stop source for all your forging needs. We can also supply precision forging for selected item. Machining is performed on conventional lathes and latest CNC machines. Our entire production process is based on the principal of delivering quality products, reduction rejection ratio to zero, no repeat issues policy, maintaining delivery schedule and surpassing customers expectations in all aspects.
Industry which we can serve is automobile manufacturers, engine sub assembly manufacturers, railways, pipe and fitting industry, pole line hardware manufacturers. We always wish to expand market we can serve.
Brief of our product list includes automotive forging like drive train components, automotive component, u j cross, steering component, yokes, axel stub, transmission yokes, input shaft, various kind of gear blanks, pinions, connecting rods, propeller shaft component, forks, rocker arm, tow ball, crankshaft, camshaft, gear component, drive flange, clutch forks, tractor part, suspension component, railway parts. We also manufacture flange (weld neck, blinds, slip on, threaded) as per ASTM / ANSI standards for which min. quantity is 3000 pieces. Our other product line includes pole line hardware , power transmission components like ball clevis, anchor shackle, socket clevis, clevis eye, socket eye, hook, suspension bracket, arching horn, dead end pin [steel clamps], bolt hook, horn holder. In upset forging products we supply bolts or any parts in which need material to be gathered at either end.
We plan to expand our market reach by increasing investment in infrastructural facilities and at the same time striking balance of manpower and technology. Through optimum balance of all the factors we would like to server buyers with one stop quality and customized forging solution. Future plan includes mastering production technique of near net forging and also investing in stimulation software
