Online Radio Show for Working Moms Offers Tips, Wisdom, and Fun for Busy Moms

Albany, NY (10/20/06) --Career Mom Radio, the premier radio show for working moms at www.CareerMomRadio.com, has tapped Shannon Cherry, APR, MA as a host of their program. Cherry of Albany, NY will talk about her life as a working mom raising twins by offering wisdom and insights, as well as tips on being a working mother.
“Career Mom Radio provides moms the outlet that they’ve been looking for in talk radio,” says Cherry. “I am thrilled to be a part of this exciting project.”
Research has shown that women are not satisfied with the talk, news or information currently available on radio. In a survey conducted by PhiPower of more than 1,000 women, only 43 percent said they listen regularly or occasionally to talk radio today, whereas 74 percent said they would listen regularly to talk radio for women.
The show, which features moms with careers in a variety of fields and children of different ages, will air weekly and is available for download twenty four hours a day, seven days a week at www.CareerMomRadio.com.
