European Computer Telecoms Group (ECT) appoints Giyora Leff as Vice President Engineering Services

(Free-Press-Release.com) October 23, 2006 -- Munich, 23rd October 2006 � The European Computer Telecoms Group (ECT) has appointed Giyora Leff as their new Vice President Engineering Services. He will be responsible for managing all of ECT�s service centres across Europe. With this new position, ECT is further exploiting the synergies between all of ECT�s customers and the shared best practices across all European subsidiaries.

ECT is continuously striving to optimise its internal organisation in order to meet the ultimate goal of delivering profitable services to our clients. Therefor, the new hierarchical services structure, headed by Giyora Leff, is one important footstep to further streamline our service organisation and to ensure the maximum level of best-practice services and maintenance.

Before joining ECT in 1999, Giyora Leff had already been working for an international operator in Israel and completed his Bachelor of Engineering. Leading the UK service team of ECT, he was one of the first at ECT to establish a local service organisation and supported all other ECT service centres throughout their development. Within his successful career at ECT, Giyora was responsible for serving major customers such as Tele2, BT and Unicom and got promoted firstly to Senior Service Engineer in 2000 and to Head of Engineering at ECT UK in 2002. Due to his extensive experience, his work also covered after-sales services and key account management tasks towards major UK accounts.
