Says Illegal Immigrants abusing protest tactics of black civil rights leaders;
Could be easily restrained by American lawyers enforcing the law on Anon-persons@
Chicago, Illinois 22 October 2006B The Proper Criticism of Some Decent People, by Dr. Theophilus Green, author of a new book that examines the roles of black civil rights leaders over the past fifty years. Dr. Green writes that immigration activists supporting legalization of undocumented workers are abusing the tactics of black civil rights leaders. The book says illegal immigrant leaders using marches on Washington, boycotts, protests, holiday rallies, politician confrontations and the sympathy for the plight of lost or parentless children to exploit the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution that were initially granted rights for slaves.
Dr. Green=s says that immigrant activists in Mexico, Central and South America, purposefully send pregnant women to America to give birth so they may claim Afamily@ unity as a reason to naturalize the mother, then claim visa priority for the father.
Dr. Green says that unlike the Civil Rights Movement, the immigrant movement is using leaders in Congress, most notably Rep. Luis Gutierrez of Illinois, to rally illegal immigrants against the rights of natural born Americans. Using illegal immigrants as campaign workers for both his and other politicians, the book says Rep. Gutierrez to install those in Congress who agree with his mission to transfer all the rights Americans have fought and died for, ---to Mexican and Central and South American residents because they have simply succeeded in violating American border security.
Dr. Green says Rep Gutierrez defends the rights of illegal immigrants over the rights of America=s who lawfully elected him by claiming the economic conditions in Mexico, Central and South America constitute a civil right responsibility on all Americans.
In his book, The Proper Criticism of Some Decent People, Dr. Green illustrates why the civil rights movement failed black Americans, but shows convincingly why the failure to control racially motivated un-accountability, whether black or Hispanic, has frozen American politicians from stopping the incoming immigrant Ainvasion.@
AThere is not one other country in the world,@ says Dr. Green, that gives Americans the same rights and opportunities in their country that new American citizens, illegal immigrants and unlawful residents demand under the U.S. Constitution, ---while still keeping their birthright passport. AIn other words,@ he adds, AAmerican citizenship is free to new immigrants, at the expense of the American people, who can only vote in one nation=s national elections and can=t hide behind a second nation=s borders when they commit a crime.@
Dr. Green says that illegal immigrants are legally Anon-persons,@ have no right to claim America=s constitutional rights and must leave the country and reenter the country legally to claim protection of America laws
Could be easily restrained by American lawyers enforcing the law on Anon-persons@
