October 25, 2006 (Press Release) --
The Business Marketing Association of the Hudson Valley (BMA-HV) is pleased to announce that its newly-designed Web site, located at bmahv.org, has launched. The new Web site, which was jointly developed by BBG&G Advertising and BoyDog Design, provides potential members with all the information they need to comprehend the many ways in which BMA-HV can be of value to them and existing members with the resources they require to stay apprised of upcoming events, to find one another between meetings … and much more.
Says June Bisel, BMA-HV VP of Communications, “Our organization is growing quickly, and attendance at meetings is better than ever. Thanks to Jeanne Powell, we have continuously succeeded in finding the most interesting and knowledgeable business leaders to preside over these events. As our numbers grow, our members are finding that they can enhance their own business performance by staying informed about BMA-HV events and by utilizing the services of fellow members. We felt that at this point in our development, it would make good sense to upgrade our web site so that our members have the tools they need, when they need them.”
In addition to a directory of members—many of which include links to member web sites—www.bmahv.org features a list of upcoming events and a summary of past events. The site also features a long list of the various benefits that local members enjoy and the resources that are available to members through BMA-HV’s affiliation with BMA at the national level.
Other features include a downloadable application for new members, sponsorship opportunities available, links to our affiliated Chambers of Commerce, and relevant business articles and white papers that make it easy for visitors to stay on top of the newest trends. Members are also invited to submit their company newsflashes (press releases) for posting on the site.
Like the organization itself, www.bmahv.org presents all its information clearly, succinctly, and aesthetically. Confirms June Bisel, “Our members are busy people. We want them to be able to visit the site and find what they need right away.”
Interested marketing professionals and those involved in marketing decision-making who wish to learn more about BMA-HV are encouraged visit www.bmahv.org. The registration fee for those interested in attending meetings is $30 for members, $35 for chamber affiliates, $45 for non-members. Reservations for meetings can be made by contacting Tracey Cifone at 845/567-9000 Ext. 259 or via email to tcifone@vddw.com.
