CoastHills Federal Credit Union's (www.coasthills.coop) Manager of Employee Education and Development, Carolyn White says, "One of our biggest challenges this year was the merger of CoastHills and Atascadero Federal Credit Union. We had to develop an efficient way to integrate new staff quickly.
