Aperture users can now upload photos directly to the Internet’s largest storefront site for professional photographers

November 6, 2006 (Press Release) -- Englewood, Colo.—November 6, 2006—ExpressDigital® today announced support for an Apple® Aperture™ 1.5 plug-in that allows users to upload photos directly to PhotoReflect.com®, the Internet’s largest virtual storefront for professional photographers.

PhotoReflect.com offers photographers the tools to sell prints and photo-related products online, generate proactive e-mail marketing campaigns to their customers, design custom storefronts to match the look and feel of their business and manage all ordering and payment directly from the site. PhotoReflect.com also supports the ability to offer the unique photo options today’s customers are demanding, including album pages, memory mates, collages and trading cards. Through PhotoReflect.com, professional photographers are able to provide their customers with a fully functional and professional Internet store to order finished, high-quality professional photo products.

Aperture continues to add functionality which enhances both its value and ease-of-use. This plug-in allows users to upload photos to ExpressDigital’s PhotoReflect.com online without leaving Aperture, which improves both the ease of workflow and functionality of the program for professional photographers.

PhotoReflect.com is used by more than 21,000 independent photographers as well as some of the nation’s largest photo studio chains. In 2005 alone, more than 100 million photos were published for sale on the site, representing more than 120 percent growth since 2003.
