FALL INTO FITNESS AT THE STRONGWOMEN™ SATURDAY SUMMIT

LLuminari, a group of the country’s leading physicians and health experts are pleased to announce that the third of three StrongWomen Saturday Summits will be held at the campus of the Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey on November 11th. The StrongWomen Summits are designed to educate, engage and empower women and their families to live healthier lives. Women of all ages will gather to take time away from work, stress and family to focus on their body, mind, and health. The day-long conference offers a full program agenda, beginning with health screenings, a chance to exercise with the experts and a light healthy lunch.
