I am so thrilled to have finally found a portable sports drink that’s actually good for me!
I can slip it into my purse while I’m working out at the gym.
Zym is my new answer to on-the-road hydration. Not only does it come in a fast dissolving tablet form, but it dissolves quicker than you can say “I’m thirsty.” Zym is packed with electrolytes, which is just what I need when I’m training for a triathlon or just running with my dog.
I used to get cramps, which interrupted my training. Not anymore. Zym get absorbed directly into my bloodstream, and the electrolytes help my muscle fatigue- and I don’t have to worry about ingesting too much sugar, since Zym has only one gram!
Before I found Zym, I was drinking other sports drinks that were packed with sugar and had a bad aftertaste; not what I need when I’m getting my heart rate up. Zym is also packed with other nutrients, like vitamin C, potassium, calcium and b-complex vitamins. I don’t have to worry about cramping while I’m trying to beat my own records.
