Key Characteristics of Alloytic's Guide Rollers include its superior wear resistance and impact corrosion; low co-efficient of friction due to the special lubricant characteristics of high hardness TiC grain; low density (one third of steel and less than one-half of tungsten carbide)and its superior manufacturing process of mixing, pressing, sintering and HIP which ensures the finished materials have no porosities and display increased fatigue strength, tensile strength and wear resistance.
