November 15, 2006 (Press Release) --
After pepsi took his idea and used it without
any compensation, Matthew Mark Gill seeks monetary
damages. A apology is also needed from pepsico
for taking the Dew U idea and using it as their
own slogan campaign. Matthew Mark@ has created
some interesting slogans and advertisements in
the past, but none that took off quite as big as
the Dew U creation that went national. You will
remember the idea as the X treme bikers were
on the commercials and skateboarders attending
a college to learn how to become pro xers.
Just as The X Games had done but now one could
become their favorite BMXER or Boarder such as
Tony Hawk and or Mat Hoffman. Pepsi placed the
intials of Matthew Gill also on every bottle across the country and the U had a 4 in it which
also was used as a poem by him that can be read
at www.poetry.com entitled Mountain Dew For you
and me. If you see the 4 in the slogan for pepsi
you can tell they made it subliminal to try to
get away with using Matthew's idea. The whole
symbol also forms a outline of a T shirt and when
Matthew Mark@ released his campaign his UNOIT
t shirt sayings were also included in the package.
pepsi may think they have got away with it, but now they also have a new slogan just flipped around entitled Dew me. Also a while back they
had one called Dew Go pro which a poem can also
be seen at the poetry site above. The poem was
written about his Brother Stephen who is an
aspiring ball player. We want everyone to know
the truth and if you were told you would receive
gifts from pepsi for the points you held, Matthew
Mark@ personally apologizes for this mistake by
pepsico and CEO Steven. S. Reinemund if you would
like to hear more about the story and contact
Matthew personally please visit his highly
traffic site at www.myspace.com/matthewmarktalent
also if any talk show or late night host would
like to see the evidence please contact Matthew Mark@ Gill for the story. Pepsi has not learned
their lesson yet so keep writing and calling
so the real creator will be compensated for a
great idea, ask yourself how you would feel if
you worked on something for a year and someone
just took it away. In the end of our life we face
someone and we feel sorry for pepsico.
