MORRISVILLE, NC – November 20, 2006 - A Morrisville non-profit organization wants the Triangle community to join them in drinking beer to help homeless animals.

Hops for Hounds Beer Tasting will feature microbrews from several different breweries, including Magic Hat Brewing Company as well as Black Dog, and will benefit the AniMall Pet Adoption and Outreach Center.
Hops for Hounds attendees will have the opportunity to taste several different beers and rate them according to their own personal preference, while helping raise money to find forever homes for the Triangle’s many homeless animals. Attendees will also have a chance to win a personal pet portrait painted by south Floridian artist, Megan Slocum. Other raffle prizes include original jewelry by the local artists of Broads & Beads.
Hops for Hounds is December 9, 6pm-9pm at the AniMall which is located in the Morrisville Outlet Mall. For a $10 cover charge, attendees will get unlimited beer and complimentary appetizers. Raffle tickets for dozens of great prizes are only $1 each. All proceeds from Hops for Hounds will go to helping adoptable animals find their forever homes.

AniMall was founded in 2004 as a facility to aid the Triangle area’s animal rescues and shelters in finding homes for their adoptable animals.
