Executive search firm Venerable Partners, LLC announced today that it will host a client conference that will address Sarbanes-Oxley’s impact on the role of the Chief Information Officer. This conference is by invitation only and will take place at the offices of Venerable Partners on Wednesday, March 8, 2007.
“Along with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Financial Officer, Sarbanes-Oxley is requiring the leadership of the information systems function within organizations to thoroughly reevaluate business processes at every corner of the corporation. More and more, Chief Information Officers are being asked to become the guarantor’s of business process implemented.
