For_Immediate_Release:

November 30, 2006 (Press Release) -- LOS ANGELES, November 30, 2006 – OzoneCard International today announced that it will launch a new zero interest, no cash repayment required, credit card service for businesses in the USA and Canada.

The card, to be launched on January 30th, 2007, will offer a credit line of up to $50,000 and purchases can be made to accepting merchants via terminal, phone banking, SMS/TXT messaging and internet banking. There will be no membership fee to join.

As a cash-saving mechanism prospective card members will be required to accept the new card in receipt for payment from other cardholders, with the funds received being credited directly to the sellers account. No direct cash out of the system is allowed however funds can be transferred to any other accepting party.

Other unique offerings of the card include:

 Cardholders can pay off any credit spent through accepting the card as payment from other cardholders
 24x7x365 customer service
 Phone, SMS and Internet Banking
 No foreign exchange costs to use the card internationally
 Instant notifications of transactions (funds spent/received) to email address’s and mobile phone numbers
 No monthly or annual fees
 Free e-commerce marketplace where cardholders can list their products/services for sale
 Downloadable account statements

Cardholders will also have the ability to pay non-OzoneCard members directly to the recipients email address or mobile phone number. When funds are transferred by a cardholder the non-OzoneCard merchant will receive an email or SMS message advising them of the pending payment.

Accepting recipients simply click a link, fill out a few details and they immediately become enrolled as OzoneCard merchants. The payment will be instantly received and they can use the funds earned with any other OzoneCard merchant or to pay anyone else online.

“We are excited about the launch of our card and know that business consumers would prefer to pay for their daily expenses out of new revenue rather than cash.” said Alex Wong, Global Sales Manager of OzoneCard International. “The global problem in the credit industry is that you usually have to prove that you don’t need the money before someone will give it to you. Our card is unique because you can apply for the card based on your ability to accept future sales, and repay any money you spend on the card from new customers that will come to you.”

“The benefits of the card truly reflect our dedication to the business market.” says Jade Turner, Marketing Manager. “We have designed a new credit card mechanism that is easy to use, cost effective and cheaper than any other form of borrowing. I can truly say that this is a world-first for the industry and it is something we are proud to bring to the US market.”

Applications for the OzoneCard service are being accepted immediately. To register your interest and for additional information regarding the OzoneCard please visit www.ozonecard.com.
