M-Tech and Encentuate combine ESSO, User Provisioning and Authentication Management technologies in a broad IdM solution
For_Immediate_Release:

November 30, 2006 (Press Release) -- November 30, 2006 - Gartner Identity and Access Management Summit, Las Vegas, NV - M-Tech Information Technology, Inc., a leading provider of identity management (IdM) solutions, and Encentuate, an end-point identity & access management company have joined their technology innovations to provide a complete end-to-end identity and access management solution. The integrated solution supports multiple market verticals, including government, healthcare, financial services and manufacturing.

The partnership will provide customers with complete identity and access management through integration between M-Tech's ID-Synch® user provisioning and Encentuate's TCI single sign-on solutions. The ID-Synch component supports rapid user setup, reliable access termination and role-based management of user credentials throughout the lifecycle. The Encentuate TCI component supports single sign-on, authentication management and fast access to information on both shared and personal workstations. Together, the joint solution ensures effective access security, meeting stringent legislation in the fields of corporate governance and privacy protection.

M-Tech's ID-Synch is a complete user provisioning solution that automates and simplifies the routine tasks of managing user life cycles across multiple systems. Enterprise-scale organizations depend on ID-Synch to ensure that their employees and contractors are securely and efficiently connected to systems and information.

Encentuate's TCI for single sign-on solution increases user productivity by extending the single sign-on functionality to provide workflow automation for common tasks on shared and personal workstations. The solution also delivers single sign-off and context management, and integrates with a wide array of strong authentication devices - building ID badges, smart labels, OTP tokens, smart cards, cell phones and proximity enabled devices.

"We are excited to have M-Tech as our partner. Organizations are looking for complete identity and access management solutions, which combine single sign-on, two-factor authentication and user provisioning" said Engkiat Koh, vice president of products for Encentuate. "Combining Encentuate with M-Tech provides an integrated solution to administer identities, improve productivity and strengthen security."

"This partnership will allow M-Tech to broaden our market appeal across industries, including in the healthcare vertical," explains M-Tech CTO, Idan Shoham. "The combined technology offers a truly deployable enterprise single sign-on combined with a flexible and manageable user provisioning system."
