East Orange, NJ, December 2, 2006 - Anna D. Banks, Adjunct Professor at Essex County College - Training, Inc. has completed a seven-week course at the Governing Institute of New Jersey which aids community leaders in developing their leadership skills and abilities.
Anna Banks is an instructor and professional practitioner in Workforce Development Program at Essex County College-Training, Inc., Newark, NJ. Banks teaches strategies that increase worker skills and employability. She works to improve the employment opportunities of individuals by helping them identify, find and maintain careers and jobs.
"In the 21st century, national workforce and career development professionals are charged with the responsibility of providing career development resources that are open to all. This responsibility can not be accomplished without community support”, said Banks.
