DigitalRacks is giving away free hosting
The webhosting company were seen to be offering free web hosting to all new customers, challenging Yahoo’s new promotion of free directory listings to new customers.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) December 4, 2006 --
The Internet company on Wednesday welcomed a new offer to their website, allowing webmasters to transfer their website to them and receive 2 months webhosting free of charge. It allows any website that abids by their terms to sign up for a free hosting account, and not pay a penny for the following months. The move has been designed as an incentive to pull in existing websites, and comes at their peak time, following their take over of LinuxHostingUK, introduction of their MDN (Multiple Domain Hosting) series, and their print advertisment to be featured in January's edition of computeractive.
"We pride ourselves for our services and support system, and believe we can provide the security, and reliability a webmaster needs." a spokesman said in response to our phone call.
The company who once had to change identity due to a legal clash, have bounced back and since their revamp last week, they are "attracting more customers than ever".
"The transfer process is simplistic, we can do a Plesk Migration fro my yours hosts IP. Or the customer can do the transfer manually. All file integrity can be maintained and downtime will be minimal."
