Everybody is now well aware of the Government smoking ban in public places and the workplace, which takes effect as of 1/7/2007. Already BT and local NHS Trusts have implemented the ban
For_Immediate_Release:

December 5, 2006 (Press Release) -- If you work for the MOD and want a smoke, you may have to even drive miles off premise. If you are a nurse you have to change out of uniform before you can go off premise.
Aside from the obvious health issues and cost of smoking, which employer wants to possibly lose staff, who just cannot comply with the ban? Who wants to be fined?
Oxfordshire employers that fail to comply with the law could be fined between £200 and £1,000 for failing to display 'no smoking' signs, and between £200 and £2,500 for failing to enforce the ban. Employees could face a £50 penalty for flouting the ban
Companies in the US now outlaw smoking completely, even away from work, and test employees to see if they are still smokers.
It is a fact that some 70% of existing smokers wish to become non-smokers, and they are ten times more likely to give up with support.
To help employers in Oxfordshire retain staff, improve health and comply with the smoking ban, wellerassociates have devised a corporate strategy to help companies in a very cost effective way.
This can be achieved with a downloadable stop smoking hypnotherapy session via the online arm of wellerassociates of Oxfordshire(www.hypnotictracks.com.stop smoking).
A stop smoking session can be downloaded instantly. (CD if preferred)
With the download comes comprehensive back up and coaching. Newsletter follow up provides further support and encouragement. Plus survey sweeps are conducted to monitor results from beginning to end.
In- house support with group and 121 sessions are also available thus providing comprehensive back up.
At present wellerassociates are in discussion with several large UK companies to help their employees comply with the ban. (Details to be announced 2007)
Why be caught out by the ban? Not everyone wants a nicotine substitute, the latest drug of some sort, or to be “counselled” but nothing else. Contact wellerassociates for an initial consultation free of charge.
