Amitm.com/videowebgate TV portal (Jerusalem, Israel/Marseilles, France) has released the Clipmaker. A simple video clip creator with several modules built in to enable video E-mails, video upload and many more. The company released a public version in the Videowebgate TV portal.
The clipmaker is a tool for the user, simple fast and easy to create a clip in a relevant format (WMV), simple snap shot with additional two feature for uploading it and/or E-mail it as a greeting card.
