But in the past twelve months has expanded to embrace a total network of 183 recruitment websites for different regions globally all dedicated solely to the recruitment of sales, marketing, management and administration personnel for the Timeshare Industry, which has increased the number of applications made to advertisers to in excess of 18,000 per month from new and experienced candidates.
As a result Timeshare Staff Ltd has recently undertaken a major behind the scenes overhaul of their websites to automate and filter the delivery of all applications to their intended destinations. Previously, all applications were dealt with manually and verified before delivery by the Timeshare Staff Team to ensure quality, but the increased numbers has rendered this impossible, so the new state-of-the-art system has been introduced to provide faster and equally accurate results.
Applications are now filtered to the standard requirements of each advertiser, with those applications falling outside of that criteria being delivered to the Timeshare Staff Ltd mail room for manual verification as before, ensuring good quality applications do not slip through the net – the combination of both old and new systems has proven to be a great step forward for the company who expect to double the number of results they generate in the coming year.
