Kilts of Caledonia is a small limited company which is registered with Companies House in Edinburgh, Scotland. After many months of research, study and sheer gut determination on the part of our Webmaster, we are proud and pleased to launch our website which has been recently been published with a view to offering Authentic Scottish Highland wear for sale over the internet. You will note that the word authentic has been used to illustrate the products we offer for sale. This has been done intentionally to make it clear that everything we sell is “Made in Scotland” – it is the real McCoy and not a pale imitation. Our chosen suppliers are synonymous with mens’ fashion and the clothing industry and are well known in the industry
Kilts of Caledonia is situated in the Central Belt of Scotland, just 8 miles from Loch Lomond, which is at the gateway to the beautiful Scottish Highlands. We source and sell 100% pure new wool kilts which are made from tartans which span the centuries of the clans which make up the Scottish nation. Tartan can be traced back as far as the 5th Century – not many nations can claim a history which is as old as the mists of time.
We sell jackets which are made from tweed and barathea and also 100% pure new wool. Tweed, like tartan or plaid, is a cloth which is part of our great heritage and is woven in a well established industry.
