Graphic design firm Studio David has designed the new corporate identity for leading home staging firm Seller’s Edge. As experts in the field of corporate identity development, Studiodavid built a brand over the course of three months that consists of trademark development, stationary package and corporate sales literature.
Home staging is a service that involves preparing a home before it goes on the market so that it appeals to a broad range of potential buyers. Homes that are staged typically sell faster and for a higher price.
According to Studio David’s owner, David Scott “The design of the identity has strong commercial appeal in this market and I am thrilled that the Seller’s Edge team entrusted us with this challenging project. Seller’s Edge is a youthful and energetic company with a focus on partnership. Their new trademark and corporate identity program provides them with the ability to define and differentiate themselves in a highly competitive industry.”
Seller’s Edge partner Kim Rice says that honesty and the ability to guarantee a quick home sale is what differentiates them from others in the market. They put a strong focus on the high level of quality put into their work as well as having the unique ability to work with anyone. The new identity connects with those values and brings to life the direction for our company.
Studio David conducted significant research to understand what makes Seller’s Edge effective. The findings became the basis from which to build the platform for the brand and built into the design of the look of the new identity. The mark was hand illustrated with floral elements to communicate the beautification process involved with home staging. Specially selected shades of green identify with the concept of value created through Seller’s Edge’s services.
Seller’s Edge will launch the new identity through several media channels throughout the Tampa Bay area in Florida. The identity will be rolled out across key applications over the next 18 months.
