The 12-week Why Weight program fee is $225.00 and is taught by local health professionals. The program includes weekly group meetings and support at the Cutler Mills Market, daily journal and program materials, discounted access to local fitness centers, a 10% discount at The Market for the duration of the program, Glycemic index education and personalized nutritional support, One 45 minute session with a registered dietitian, and a half-hour session with a personal trainer.
