Trinity Consulting Services is proud to announce the recent expansion of their new commercial real estate division. The function of the new staff is to provide Trinity Consulting Services’ clients the necessary resources to broaden their grasp and investment possibilities in commercial real estate.
“Since the launch of our investor network several years ago, we have come across investors with significant investment backing. Although the private network of cash investors has offered tremendous leverage to our clientele of residential researchers across the nation, we have a lot of investors with different investment objectives. Which means they want commercial deals… a lot of commercial deals,” as stated by Patrick Grom, Director of Training of Trinity Consulting Services of California.
“Most of Trinity Consulting Services’ private investors in the residential sector of our real estate network are liquid from several hundred thousand dollars to the eight digit range,” as stated by Grom. “Once they reach the level of 5 to 10 million plus, their primary focus is on commercial real estate. Their demand for larger deals has made us focus more time and attention into the commercial zone of real estate.”
To meet the demand of their clients, Trinity Consulting Services has established a national commercial training program dedicated to educating individuals on how to locate profitable commercial deals in their respected areas. In return, this will create a pipeline of commercial investment opportunities for Trinity Consulting Services’ investors as they continue to expand in the real estate markets.
“This will be a fantastic compliment to our residential foreclosure business which has forced us to expand to a new Chicago office to keep up with the explosion of the foreclosure industry,” says Grom.
