Looking for two experienced sales professionals who are interested in bringing their skills to the real estate business. Income is 100%
commission based with a target compensation of $100,000+/yr. No cold calling. High-quality warm leads are provided in a fast-paced environment. You apply your sales skills to get a contract signed. This is an excellent opportunity for an agent new to the area who wants to get up and running quickly.
Requirements:
- Active Florida real estate license.
- Active member of the Board of Realtors.
- MLS access.
- Resides in northwest Broward County (Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, Lauderhill, Margate, North Lauderdale, Parkland, Plantation, Sunrise, Tamarac )
- Sales experience and closing skills
- Ambition to earn six figures and willingness to work for it.
- Responsive to phone calls/voicemails received after business hours.
- Responsive to e-mails.
- Willing to schedule sales activities around customer availability including evenings and weekends.
- Professional attitude.
- Computer literate / Internet saavy.
- Home office with high speed Internet access.
