The new Livesay & Myers website features a detailed section regarding military divorce cases, including information regarding the Uniformed Services Former Spouses Protection Act, Survivor Benefit Plan, military disability pay, and the Servicemembers' Civil Relief Act.
Each of the firms five lawyers have experience in family law, including divorce, custody, visitation, child support, spousal support, protective orders, premarital agreements ("prenups") and separation agreements.
