The American Embassy will host this mission to the Netherlands and Belgium on February 4-9, 2007, including the cities of Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Brussels.
The eleven participating U.S. companies are looking for business contacts/partnership opportunities in Europe and will receive one-on-one business appointments, market briefings, and networking receptions. More than 160 million consumers live within a 300-mile radius of Rotterdam and more than half of the Netherlands GDP is generated by activities beyond its borders. Belgium is located within a 375-mile radius of 70% of the EUs million inhabitants. Belguim’s diverse, competitive market makes it an ideal European test venue for U.S. products.
