Writing articles is probably one of the best ways to get traffic to your website . A new Internet business does not come ready made with an abundance of traffic, you alone are responsible for getting traffic to your site.
You might have the best looking site, with great graphics, and excellent content. You might have put in countless hours building your site from the ground up, or you might have a ready made site ready to go. Without traffic to your site, it is just sitting out there alone on the WWW.
In order to write good reliable articles you have to know what you are writing about, you might have to spend time researching your product, or afilliate program to be able to put out useful information. Your content has to be like a magnet, grabbing peoples interest, and attracting them to your article.
After writing you article, it is now time to submit it to article directories. There are hundreds of directories. You can submit to a few at a time or to a whole lot at a time. Some directories will allow you to submit articles only once a month. You want to submit at least every other day or once a week. Other web masters or website owners are surfing the article directories daily to find fresh content to add to their sites. When they see your article and like the content they post it to their sites. This brings traffic to their sites, but at the same time your article has a copyrite . The person who posts you article to their site has to leave a link to your site in the bio box at the bottom of the article . This is what gets traffic and links pointed to your site.
It is really quite simple, just keep writing and posting articles on a regular basis and your site will generate tons of traffic.
