Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, January 27, 2007 – “Quality Awareness Seminar” was organized in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Friday, January 26, 2007 by Contact Pakistan, largest online VNGO. Around 300 professionals from leading Saudi Arabian organizations attended the seminar. Seminar focused on topics like Concepts of Quality, Failures Causes in achieving quality, benefits of quality, Cost of quality, Concepts of Continual Improvements, Process approach to improvements, different improvement models, ISO and other improvement options available Internationally.
Mr. Mobin Sheikh, Principal Consultant at ICON-RealConsult and Mr. Ian Ker, Lead Auditor at Moody International S.A. Ltd, were lead speakers at the seminar. Leading quality professional and business mentors including Mr. Asad Ullah Khan Sherazi- GM Coca Cola Bottling Co, Mr. Nadeem Tufail Butt- Quality Assurance Manager Saudi Ceramics Co, Mr. Javed Abbasi- Project Director for IT Security and Services at Al Rajhi Bank, Mr. Peter William Dighton- QA Manager Herfy Food Services Co, addressed the audience and share their experiences regarding implementation of different management system standards in their organizations, the benefits of implementing these standards and the challenges they face during implementation.
