For_Immediate_Release:

January 27, 2007 (Press Release) -- GameRail ( www.gamerail.com ) today announced that it has a live presence in St. Louis with GameWatch ( www.gamewatch.com ). GameRail subscribers and free beta users will bypass the high latency Internet for direct access to Aim2Game’s servers that host popular titles such as America’s Army:Special Forces, Battlefield 2 Ranked and Unranked, Call of Duty, Counter Strike Source, Enemy Territory Fortress, Half Life: Condition Zero, Half Life/ Counter-Strike, Halo: Combat Evolved, Quake 4, Teamfortress Classic, Tribes Vengeance, Unreal Tournament 2004, Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, dedicated servers and TeamSpeak slot rental.

“We are excited to partner with GameWatch. Midwestern online gamers now have access to great titles on great servers via the GameRail Network” said GameRail’s President Blake Ashby.

“By connecting to GameRail, we expect to enhance the competitive gaming market by offering servers with lower latency connections than those seen on the Internet. This way, players from across the country can play on a level playing field by utilizing the GameRail network and meeting in the middle of the country. Hostirian, ( www.hostirian.com ) our Data Center provider where we colo our servers, connected our racks to the GameRail network as part of their BGP peer routes. We didn’t have to do anything but ask” exclaimed Darrell Gentry, President, GameWatch.

GameRail’s nation-wide, private backbone with Phase 1 access points in seven major cities is presently establishing peering relationships with access providers, game hosts and data center/collocation providers who support game hosts.
