MABLE GRAHM BRINGS DETAIL AND METRO CLASSIC LOOKS FOR FALL RUNWAY SHOW
New York, NY (January 25, 2007)- Known for its “metropolitan chic” men’s wear, the Mable Grahm Collection recently announced the details of its Fall 2007 New York Fashion Week showing. The Collection’s new fall line will showcase at Loft 153 in New York’s hip SOHO area.
Heavy on bold satin trims, photography turned graphic appliqués, rich textures such as pin tucks and quilting and ultra lush fabrics, Mable Grahm’s Fall 2007 is targeted towards the detail- oriented, trendsetting man.
According to the label’s Head Designer, Sherrita Davis, “ I think the collection is a much need addition to the men's wear scene. The silhouettes are streamlined and steeped in exquisite detail. We are very proud of the collection and we look forward to showing it during Fashion Week. ”
Mable Grahm has been featured in Metro Source, Urbanology, Out Magazine and American Express Freedom Pass Online.

About Head Designer, Sherrita Davis
Owning her first sewing machine in kindergarten- Sherrita R. Davis was on the fast track to design career. She landed in Pennsylvania upon graduation where she attended Philadelphia University for Fashion Design. It was in Philadelphia where she developed her photography skills, flare for graphics, knowledge of fabrications and color theory exploration.
What followed shortly after graduation from Philadelphia University was a much-anticipated collection, which included men’s wear and women’s wear that was shown in 2001. Frazzled from the show and unsure of her role in the art/design world she left for London, England to find inspiration. Then came a self imposed 5-year hiatus from the design world, which was an exploratory time in garment production, sourcing and writing.
Now her first artistic debut since 2001 Ms. Davis has combined her graphic, photography and design skills to create a men’s wear collection that has aesthetically been dubbed “Metropolitan Chic”. She carefully explores the classics and pushes the boundaries of the men’s wear market with scrumptious fabrics and exquisite details.
