A high-impact productivity tool, i-Present delivers the features necessary for a successful online meeting and can be readily used by people of all skill levels without extensive training. i-Present features real-time collaboration, presentation/document viewing, application sharing, polling, integrated audio/visual recording, chat, Outlook® integration and more. These tools can greatly increase the effectiveness of conference calls by allowing the presenter to share anything on his computer with his participants (PowerPoint, Excel, Word documents, applications, web tours, etc.). The service also integrates with MS Outlook® for seamless scheduling and participant notification.
The applications for i-Present include:
Presentations and events: Live one-way meetings, such as training sessions, product rollouts and formal presentations where a presenter delivers content to multiple attendees.
