Warren Woods Church of the Nazarene (WWCN) is pleased to announce Dove Award nominee Travis Cottrell will perform during two special services at WWCN on February 18, 2007.
Travis is a nationally recognized performer, featured as part of the Living Proof Live conferences with renowned author/speaker Beth Moore. He recently released his 4th CD entitled “Found.” This former leader of worship at the 6,000+ member Two Rivers Baptist Church in Nashville has written for such top names as Larnell Harris in addition to his own work. He has performed with such artists as Amy Grant, Mercy Me, Steven Curtis Chapman, CeCe Winans, and Steve Green. Travis uses a blended style of traditional hymns along with the contemporary choruses of today to lead people from all generations and backgrounds into worship.
He is a gifted performer, and as Beth Moore notes, “His approach permeates every denominational wall. His warm yet powerful style engages even the most resistant group into irresistible worship.”
His performances at Warren Woods Church of the Nazarene will be on Sunday, February 18, 2007 at 9:00am and 11:00am. During the service, a complete program of activities is available for children ages birth through 3rd grade in addition to a clean, well-staffed nursery.
