Jim Alty, Shihan from New Horizon Karate in West Boylston has been inducted into the Action Martial Arts Magazine Hall of Fame for 2007. The award was for Excellence in Teaching the Martial Arts.

February 5, 2007 (Press Release) -- Jim Alty, 8th Degree Black Belt attended the 7th Annual International Martial Arts Weekend at the Tropicana Casino & Resort in Atlantic City, NJ. This is the largest event held with over 1300 people at the banquet and many more at the many seminars and trade show. Jim Alty was nominated by Michael De Pasquale, Soke.
Many of the martial arts super stars were present at this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday event.
