Team Corruption does not believe in the rule of law.
The Yonkers Insider does this editorial to discuss about that Team Corruption does not believe in the rule of law. Justice Donovan court orders stated that Team Corruption could not do party activities, until there was a re org. Team Corruption is going against the spirit of Judge Donovan's order, by asking McKay to help create a ICO (Interim County Organization). Cavallo is the head of the ICO (The Interim County Organization) and also by doing this action, Frank McKay, head of the State Independence Party has also thumbed his nose at Donovan's court orders.
Also Team Corruption is designating candidates for elected office in races and also doing illegal caucuses for the village elections in towns like: Port Chester, Croton, Elmsford, Tuckahoe, Sleepy Hollow and Tarrytown. They also didn't follow the law, due to not providing these notices of the caucuses in a timely manner under the law. But that shouldn't shock anybody, since Team Corruption doesn't respect or believe in the rule of law.
The Westchester Independence Party needs a fair and legal re org, because the party needs to cleansed of the trash of Team Corruption. Also some interesting issue to come in regards to John Ciampoli - the lawyer and advisor for Team Corruption. The Yonkers Insider contends that Ciampoli has violated his fiduciary responsibility as an officer of the court and The Yonkers Insider further believes that the Grievance Committee should at least look at the conduct of John Ciampoli. The Yonkers Insider believes that Ciampoli has seen and has knowledge of Team Corruption's corrupt ways and has been a party to it and that is an outrage contends The Yonkers Insider.
There is a courageous group called The Westchester Integrity Committee who will return honor, integrity and dignity back to the party. No more backroom deals and an actual nomination process in an open and transparent way. Don't forget Mario Castaldo admitted on the witness stand that when he was chairman that he never interviewed candidates for the party's nomination. That admission speaks volumes of Team Corruption's Current party for sale.
The Westchester Independence Party needs Nader Sayegh and his group called The Westchester Integrity Committee in the worst way, The Westchester Integrity Committee will end the days of a dark cloud over the Westchester Independence Party by the name of Team Corruption.
