Omni Development Services, Inc., will act as business development consultants, sales and marketing consultants, 3rd party intermediaries for borrowers, mortgage brokers, real estate agents, private investors or mortgage and or commercial real estate,hard/bridge loan lenders, conventional lenders. Our company will locate commercial real estate projects that require funding or expansion development. We will then conduct our own due diligence and request information from the principals and or borrowers or CO-borrowers. Then we will take a fully completed package or documented information to our network of lenders/private investors for their review. When both the borrower(s) CO-borrowers, project principals and our network lender or investors come to an agreement will a term sheet be issued to the borrower(s) or co-borrower(s), project principals. Once all documentation and due diligence have been meet and the terms and conditions have been agreered upon, then and only then a scheduled settlement date will be set. Omni Development Services,Inc will be paid as a consultant, 1-3 points payable at closing from the investor or the lending source. Omni Development Services, Inc. will be issued a 1099 by the paymaster and is responsible for pay it's own taxes on capital gain earnings for that fiscal year. We will focus commercial real estate and development finance needs in all 50 US states.
