Pop Culture Art Project offers incentive to help it reach its World Reocrd breaking goal of one million photo mosaic.

Plano, Texas- The 2007 Pop Culture Art Project is re-launching with a new plan. Join the project for free until March 17th. After that the cost is $5 per photo uploaded.
The Pop Culture Art Project is an attempt to shatter a Guinness World Record for the largest photo mosaic art piece by collecting and assembling one million photos.
"Last year we ran into a snag when it came to spreading the word about the project, so I wanted to add some incentive this time. The incentive is: I am going to pay $100.00 of our advertising budget to one randomly-selected person, every time 100 people join the project." says Michael Holt, of Art Angel Studio, "As if that weren't good enough, I am going to pay $1,000.00 every time 1,000 people join. Hopefully, that will encourage people to spread the word about our record-setting project."
The World Record is currently held by a company in Milan, Italy that collected 20,400 photos as part of a marketing/promotional campain.
Art Angel Studio and the Pop Culture Art Project plans to donate $1.00 (per person) to the Global Fund to provide medication to people of impoverished nations around the globe.
Upon completion the project will be assembled and displayed in Plano, Texas.
