In a total of 36 Days, the master money broker Durante Parks shattered his previous record by booking $253 Million in Commercial Loans using a single strategy taught in his own coaching program.

To help and motivate students in the last boot camp of 2006, Parks created the $100 Million Dollar Challenge. The rules were simple. They could only use one strategy, one market and all they had to do was execute.
"I was looking over their shoulder coaching them through the process," Parks said. "Some of the students got stuck, so we created a way to motivate them, and motivate them we did. If there was any doubt that this system works, and it would work for them, the doubt was completely shattered by our success. Everyone saw it happen in real time. "
Currently in the works is new updated training program for 2007. It builds on the foundation of the 2006 Financing Boot Camp, but the content is being updated with new strategies that have been tested. Parks is focusing on the other pieces of puzzle, financing, acquisition of properties, brokering of properties to institutional investors, and much more.
