In coaching, the client sets the agenda, not the coach. Coaching is not about giving people advice, telling them what to do, diagnosing a problem, dealing with deep rooted issues or pains; or teaching. We believe in the person being coached and trust they know their own life better than anyone else. Most people know what they want. We just come alongside to affirm and encourage a person’s dreams and goals; then help put together an action plan for achieving them.
