The coaching industry is cold. We need to brighten the business of coaching. Not just life coaching but the coaching business as a whole think of it as performance coaching. It is time to set it on fire!
The Life Coaching industry is in a state of transformation. During this transition period the weak ones will fade and the strong ones will burn brighter. The Coaching Institute and The People Academy are committed to the transformation and are putting the coaching world on its heels.
Whether you are the key decision maker/internal champion in your home or a key decision maker/internal champion in your organization one thing has remained consistent - coaching skills are needed by both groups. Coaching skills (listening, engagement, facilitation, questioning) are necessary components of day to day business life and personal life. Improving, sustaining, moving, and changing your own performance or the performance of others. It is about movement! Coaching is like a dance moving from one goal to another. We either stand against the wall and wait to be asked to dance, or we take charge and go out there and make it happen.
