Actors Fund of America recently announced that it will partner with Abundance Bound, Inc, the premiere financial education company for actors, artists and creative professionals, to teach a segment of their upcoming “Money Matters” seminar series. The event will be held on Monday, March 26th, from 6-8:30pm, at the Actors Fund offices in Los Angeles.
The title of the seminar is “Budgets Are Like Diets – We Don’t Stick To Them!”, and will cover material from the Abundance Bound Artist’s Prosperity SystemTM. Topics include: Developing a positive financial mindset, Tips for organizing your finances, Establishing and maintaining a powerful spending plan, Determining your current financial “baseline”, Selecting and planning for your financial “freedom day”, and much more.
As an actor who struggled financially for much of her early career, Abundance Bound President and Founder Miata Edoga says: “All our programs are designed to help people take immediate, positive action around their financial situation. The Artistic community, be they actors, writers, painters or dancers, is saddled with the concept of the ‘starving artist’.
