February 26, 2007 (Press Release) --
E-Max, Inc. announced today that Arthur P. English was named Advertising Manager of the company and will be based in its New York City headquarters. The announcement was made today by Scott Moger, president and CEO of the company.
E-Max is an Internet marketing company specializing in web development and financing and owns and operates several web sites including www.ownapieceofamerica.com, www.ownapieceofamerica.us, and www.favoriteFreebies.com.
Mr. English will handle 100% of the advertising efforts for E-Max and its subsidiaries, along with his consulting responsibilities for his own company, AEP Advertising, Inc.
One year ago E-Max launched http://www.ownapieceofamerica.us which offers “land” in any state in the USA to all Internet visitors for as little as $3.95. As they say in their advertising and on the website, “Small, yes. But Inexpensive.” The company is selling one square inch parcels of land located in each and every state in the USA as a unique gift item. Visitors may purchase attractive Deeds inscribed with their names, individually numbered, and framed or mounted on a plaque to show ownership of their “mini-estates” in each state.
The land being sold is a part of American Acres’ vast land holdings in each state - land purchased one acre at a time, state by state, by the New York City based company. A “no action” letter was issue by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as well as the Attorney General of New York State stating that the deeds are to be sold as novelty items and not as investments. In fact, there is a long list of “Covenants and Restrictions” on the www.ownapieceofamerica.uswebsite under “Legalities” and visitors should take heed.
Mr. English is starting in his new capacity immediately.
For further information, contact: Scott Moger, 212 598-0062.
