Relios Jewelry, designer and manufacturer of contemporary Southwestern jewelry designs, has launched a new and improved retail website. The new site, built through e-commerce solutions provider MarketLive, will provide customers with an improved shopping experience through an intuitively designed interface, improved site search relevance, personalization, and a secure checkout process.
The completion of the website is the culmination of a four-month launch partnership with MarketLive, resulting in the expansion of what Relios Jewelry calls their “collection concept”. The “collection concept” encourages customers to purchase into one of their 20-plus designer collections, making it easy to find matching pendants, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and rings. Relios Jewelry’s customers are often devoted collectors, and this new merchandising technique is built to encourage this shopping style. The new Relios Jewelry website is seamlessly designed to promote the matching concept, offering jewelry cross-sells and up-sells based on best-practice experience that offers their customers easily shopped options.
Other enhancements include improved product imagery, gemstone descriptions and lore, southwestern design inspirations, and lifestyle imagery featuring the face of Relios Jewelry, Lead Jewelry Designer Carolyn Pollack.
