I have audio recordings that unequivocally prove collusion between local law enforcement and career criminals. In them, the criminals discuss the justification given to them by police for waging a campaign of terror against their victim�me.

I would like to submit these recordings to you ASAP. I will also forward details of the federal civil rights lawsuit filed last month. The complaint has not been amended to support every cause of action; however, a letter to the Department of Justice details several events of interest. Contact me any time.
