Luxury lifestyle provider DAMAC Properties has announced that it will commence construction of its three projects, ‘The Heights,’ ‘The Lofts,’ and ‘The Courtyard’, in the Abdali area in March.
For_Immediate_Release:

March 21, 2007 (Press Release) -- ‘The Heights' and ‘The Lofts,’ were completely sold out in record time, with the former selling out within only two months of its launch. The third project, ‘The Courtyard,’ was unveiled in January.

“The time-frame in which our first two projects sold after their respective launches is not only reflective of our expectations, given the high standard of products and services we provide, but they also prove that the Jordanian market is ready for projects of this magnitude,” said Mr. Peter Riddoch, CEO of DAMAC Properties. “We are pleased to announce that construction of these projects will begin in March.”
‘The Heights,’ which is expected to be completed within three years, is a 35-story tower located within the bounds of the Abdali Development Project area. The high-rise will be located at the entrance of the Abdali master planned development. ‘The Lofts’ is an 8-story residential project located adjacent to ‘The Heights’ towers, and ‘The Courtyard’ is a 9-storey project with retail stores on the ground and mezzanine levels.

It is hoped that the addition of these and other projects in the area will help Abdali become a vibrant, thriving center of investment and commercial activity.

“Our presence in Abdali stems from our belief in the extremely vibrant and dynamic master plan that is due to become a hub for business and tourism for many nationalities throughout the region and beyond,” Riddoch is quoted as saying.

DAMAC Properties recently won three prestigious awards at the CNBC Arabian Property Awards 2006. The leading private sector property developer won the best development award, best architecture award, and the best website award for the company’s website. In December 2006, the company also won the IREF ME award for the best residential development in the UAE.
