Fast Casual Mexican eatery and Tequila Bar sets expansion

NEW HAVEN, Conn. and INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- MZD Restaurant and Retail Development has been retained by C.O.Jones Mexican Restaurant and Tequila Bar to assist with the expansion of new locations.
Founded by industry veteran Bob Potter, C.O. Jones is based in New Haven, CT and has been in operation since 2000. The fast casual concept is known for an extensive Cal-Mex menu and as Tequila Bar experts, offering more than 75 varieties of premium tequila, with more than 25 different margaritas and on premise prepared fresh lemon and lime mixers.
Located on the fringe of the Yale University campus, C.O.Jones has enjoyed the notoriety in and around New York City as a regular topic on the Don Imus radio program. Expansion efforts are underway for new locations in Saint Louis, Mo., and Raleigh and Charlotte, NC.
