April 4, 2007 (Press Release) --
Producers announced on Monday that they have added 14 more weeks onto the Chicago engagement. The show will run through April 9, 2008, at the LaSalle Bank Theatre, 18 W. Monroe.
The show's lead producer, Edward Strong, stopped short of calling the show an open run, though. "We hope to remain here for as long as Chicago will embrace us," he said.
Tickets for performances Oct. 6-Jan. 6 are nearly sold out. A new block of tickets goes on sale at 9 a.m. Monday. LaSalle Bank customers may purchase tickets early, through 6 p.m. Sunday.
Tickets are $30-$95 (up from last year's $25-$85) at (312) 902-1400 or ticketmaster.com.
