AmIAnnoying.com right site at the right time The days of pure celebrity fandom are long gone.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
(Free-Press-Release.com) April 9, 2007 --
Writing to your favorite actor for an autographed photo is out; obsessing over the pretty people with a combination of contempt, jealousy and fascination is in. So, from a pop culture point of view, AmIAnnoying.com is a disturbing reflection of society.
It's also a really good time.
The site has profiles for almost 20,000 public figures, and you can pass judgment on all of them. Search for your celebrities and you can check their rankings, which are constantly changing; or browse AmIAnnoying's collections ("People Whose Houses Have Burnt Down").
You can even find people just like you. "There's a forum for people to chat with -- and annoy -- each other," notes Marc Cutler, one of the site's creators.
Who are the most and least annoying celebrities? At press time, these were some selected rankings from AmIAnnoying.com. You'll have to visit the Web site to see the rest.
